Production Supervisor

Salary: £38,000
Hours: 7.30am – 4pm Mon–Thu, 12pm finish on Friday

As a Production Supervisor, you’ll be co-managing a team of around 40 production staff within a busy manufacturing environment. You’ll work alongside another supervisor, reporting into a Business Unit Manager, with plenty of support and guidance available to help you succeed.

What we’re looking for:

* Experience in a manufacturing or production environment (fabrication experience would be a bonus)

* Someone who’s ambitious, motivated, and keen to grow their career in leadership

* Ideally a hands-on background in a technical trade such as fabrication or sheet metal, with the drive to step up into management

* A team player who can motivate and develop others
