The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff to support students both inside and outside the classroom. You will play a key role in helping pupils access learning, build confidence and achieve academic success.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting students across a range of subjects and year groups.
* Working with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning.
* Providing additional support for students with SEND where required.
* Assisting teachers with classroom preparation and resources.
* Encouraging student engagement, participation and positive behaviour.
* Helping to create a safe, supportive and inclusive learning environment.
