How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery models

Ability to apply systems thinking to understand upstream and downstream impacts across processes, applications, data, suppliers, operational teams and business outcomes

Experience defining and assuring non-functional requirements, including availability, performance, security, resilience, auditability, scalability, service continuity, supportability and operational readiness

Confident creating user stories and acceptance criteria, including clear Given / When / Then acceptance criteria in GHERKIN format to support development, testing and traceability

Demonstrated experience leading analysis on large or complex initiatives

Holds a recognised Business Analysis qualification from BCS or IIBA above entry / foundation level, demonstrating a developed understanding of professional BA practice, techniques and standards

    Commercial & Value Focus

Ability to link requirements and solutions to measurable business value and benefits

Experience contributing to business cases, cost/benefit analysis, and impact assessment

    Stakeholder Engagement & Influence

Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority

Comfortable challenging assumptions and shaping direction with senior stakeholders

Strong workshop facilitation and collaboration skills

Pro-active communicator who can manage upwards, escalate clearly, surface risks early, and give senior stakeholders confidence through concise, outcome-focused updates

Able to manage business stakeholders effectively, challenge appropriately, resolve ambiguity and drive alignment where priorities, requirements or solution expectations conflict

    Delivery & Quality Mindset

Strong planning, organisation, and prioritisation skills across multiple workstreams

Able to plan and estimate business analysis work effectively, creating clear visibility of activities, assumptions, dependencies, risks, progress and forecast effort to support prioritisation, delivery confidence and upward management

Experience working within structured delivery environments with a focus on quality, traceability, and governance

Ability to ensure clear, consistent, and high-quality BA artefacts and outputs are produced

Experience working with third-party suppliers, delivery partners and systems integrators, ensuring requirements are clearly understood, supplier outputs are validated, and business outcomes remain protected

    ·

    Differentiating Skills

Experience working within manufacturing, automotive or other complex operational environments, particularly where IT change affects physical operations, production processes, supply chain, engineering or customer-facing capabilities

Exposure to complex IT change and digital transformation, including multi-system change, legacy modernisation, new capability introduction, process digitisation, integration impacts and business readiness

Strong data literacy and analytical thinking

Awareness or usage of AI tools to support analysis and documentation

Experience with customer journey mapping and change impact assessment

Behavioural Profile (What Success Looks Like)

    The successful candidate will:

Act as a trusted advisor, not just a documenter

    Demonstrate curiosity and constructive challenge

Be collaborative, sharing knowledge and supporting others

Take ownership and accountability for outcomes

Drive continuous improvement in their own ways of working

Communicate clearly and build strong stakeholder relationships

These behaviours align to company’s goal of building a high-performing Business Analysis community focused on quality, consistency, and value delivery
