We're looking for an exceptional Reception Manager / Front of House Manager to lead a high-performing reception team within one of London's most prestigious corporate workplaces.
The Opportunity
• Lead a dedicated Front of House team delivering outstanding service.
• Create a welcoming, organised and professional reception environment.
• Empower your team and ensure every day runs seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, coach and motivate a team of Receptionists across two corporate buildings.
• Deliver an exceptional visitor experience.
• Support client enquiries professionally.
• Work closely with Facilities, Helpdesk, Security and Hospitality teams.
• Coordinate visitor management, meetings and events.
• Maintain outstanding presentation standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and lead by example.
What You'll Bring
• Previous Reception or Front of House management experience.
• Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Experience within corporate or luxury hospitality.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Professional presentation and a positive attitude.
What's On Offer
• Salary up to £40,000
• Monday-Friday (42.5 hours)
• Shared shifts between 7:20am-5:00pm
