Duties to include demolition work on void council properties, mainly removing kitchens and bathrooms, stripping wallpaper, capping off pipes, manual lifting.
£16.38 per hour

39 hours per week
The right candidates will have their CSCS or CCDO card and full PPE and basic tools. You will also need to have in date Asbestos Awareness training, or be willing to redo this. You will also need to be willing to be clean shaven for face fit.
You will need full driving licence.
You will be using hand tools to complete all works, so you will need to be suitably experienced and we will ask for demolition/strip out specific references.
