Works are currently mobilising in Leiston, Suffolk, with further phases progressing across the wider programme. Successful candidates must therefore be willing to work across multiple project locations as required.
You'll be responsible for supervising gangs carrying out earthworks, drainage, reinforced concrete, duct installation and associated heavy civils, ensuring all works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.
Responsibilities
Supervising operatives and subcontractors.
Coordinating daily work activities.
Delivering site briefings.
Ensuring HSEQ standards are maintained.
Liaising with Engineers and Site Management.
Managing labour, plant and materials.
Supporting drainage, RC, ducting and general civils activities.
Requirements
Previous heavy civils or utilities experience.
SSSTS preferred.
CSCS Card.
National Grid, highways, rail or utilities experience advantageous.
Full UK Driving Licence.
