Position Details:
Location: Watford, Hertfordshire
Start Date: September 2026
Salary: £90 to £120 per day, based on experience
Contract: Full-Time
Your Responsibilities:
Delivering engaging lessons across various key stages.
Help develop and implement tailored learning plans to meet individual student needs.
Provide focused one-to-one support to pupils requiring additional help.
Foster a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages learning.
Support lesson planning and contribute to dynamic classroom activities.
Track student progress and provide meaningful feedback to encourage growth.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as an HLTA or in a similar educational support role is preferred.
A genuine passion for helping children thrive and reach their potential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisational abilities and effective time management.
