The school is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Teacher to join their team from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a collaborative and supportive setting where you can make a lasting impact on pupils' educational journeys.
The successful Teacher will be responsible for:
Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils.
Creating a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and wellbeing.
Assessing, monitoring, and recording pupil progress, adapting teaching where required.
Supporting pupils' social, emotional, and behavioural development through positive relationships.
Working closely with Teaching Assistants and other professionals to ensure high-quality support for all learners.
Managing classroom behaviour using positive behaviour management strategies.
Preparing learning resources and maintaining an organised and stimulating learning environment.
Attending staff meetings, training sessions, annual reviews, and multi-agency meetings where required.
Building positive relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies to support pupil outcomes.
Ensuring safeguarding procedures and school policies are followed at all times.
The successful Teacher will have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Experience teaching children or young people within Primary, Secondary, or SEND settings.
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
A flexible, patient, and resilient approach to teaching.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for helping every pupil achieve their potential.
