Key Responsibilities for this Senior Architectural Technologist role:
Lead the production and coordination of detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction packages using Revit and AutoCAD
Oversee the technical delivery of projects, mentoring junior team members while collaborating closely with architects, consultants, and engineers to develop practical design solutions
Manage site visits, surveys, and construction inspections, ensuring projects are delivered in line with design intent, Building Regulations, and quality standards
Act as the primary technical contact for clients, contractors, and consultants, resolving technical challenges and ensuring successful project delivery from concept through to completion
Qualifications required for this Senior Architectural Technologist role:
Extensive proficiency in Revit with the ability to lead BIM coordination across projects
Strong working knowledge of UK Building Regulations, construction detailing, and technical standards
Excellent technical design, problem-solving, and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail
Proven experience delivering Residential projects, with the ability to manage multiple schemes and support junior team membersWhy Apply?
