Temporary - until end of November / early December
Large residential developer is looking for a Site Manager to oversee 2x blocks of new apartments as part of a larger development.
The 2 blocks are made up of circa 20 units and 40 units, being 2nd fixed currently, and needs someone to take them from pre-dec / decoration stage to completion.
These are HA properties so a Site Manager with experience of HA handovers would be favourable, if not then a site manager with good residential finishes experience would suffice.
Once other blocks are completed the site manager will get help from finishing managers etc.
This vacancy will be until end of October, however could be longer if they are a good fit (end of November / Early December).
Preferred candidates would be site managers with experience working for leading residential developers on mid-rise apartment blocks.
Must have CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid at Work
