Brook Street are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Warehouse Operative - Picking position based in Bristol. Location: Bristol
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Rotating weekly shifts, Monday to Friday:
06:00 - 14:00
14:00 - 22:00
Salary: £27,000 per annum
The Role
As a Warehouse Operative within the Picking team, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer orders are accurately selected and prepared for dispatch. This is a fast-paced position that requires attention to detail, accuracy, and a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities
Picking customer orders accurately using warehouse systems and scanners
Selecting products in line with order requirements and dispatch deadlines
Checking stock for accuracy and quality
Moving products safely throughout the warehouse
Preparing orders for packing and dispatch
Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
Adhering to all health and safety procedures
Supporting other warehouse functions as required
Essential Skills & Experience
Previous warehouse or picking experience preferred
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Good communication skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
