What You'll Be Doing

As a Residential Chartered Surveyor, you'll be responsible for:

Undertaking RICS Level 2 Homebuyer Reports.
Completing RICS Level 3 Building Surveys.
Carrying out Mortgage Valuations (subject to lender panel accreditation).
Producing clear, accurate and RICS-compliant reports.
Liaising with clients, estate agents, solicitors and other professionals.
Building and maintaining referral relationships across the local market.
Identifying opportunities to support the continued growth of the practice.
Representing the business professionally while helping maintain its excellent reputation.About You

To be successful as a Residential Chartered Surveyor, you'll ideally have:

MRICS qualification (or equivalent).
Experience independently undertaking Level 2 and Level 3 residential surveys.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A personable and professional approach with clients.
Commercial awareness and a genuine interest in contributing to the continued success of the business.
A full UK driving licence and your own transport.Applications are also welcomed from experienced AssocRICS Surveyors who can demonstrate strong residential surveying experience.
