How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

NetSuite Account Manager – Enterprise Financial Services

Chapman Tate Associates is proud to be partnering with a leading NetSuite Partner specialising in the Enterprise Financial Services sector. Due to continued growth, we're seeking an experienced NetSuite Account Manager to take ownership of an established portfolio of enterprise customers while playing a key role in driving long-term client success.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious Account Manager who enjoys building trusted relationships, delivering strategic value, and helping customers maximise their investment in NetSuite solutions.

You'll have full ownership of a diverse portfolio of enterprise Financial Services customers, acting as the primary commercial contact throughout the customer lifecycle. Working alongside highly experienced consultants and delivery teams, you'll identify opportunities to expand existing accounts, strengthen client relationships, and ensure customers continue to realise value from their NetSuite investment.

This role offers genuine autonomy, the opportunity to influence strategic client engagements, and a clear pathway for career progression within a growing and respected NetSuite Partner.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Take full ownership of a diverse portfolio of enterprise Financial Services customers.

    * Develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision-makers.

    * Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new opportunities.

    * Lead account planning, commercial reviews, and renewal discussions.

    * Collaborate closely with delivery and consulting teams to ensure exceptional customer outcomes.

    * Understand customer business objectives and align NetSuite solutions to their strategic goals.

    * Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline activity.

    * Stay up to date with NetSuite product developments and industry trends.

You'll be a commercially focused Account Manager with experience managing ERP or SaaS customer relationships and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

    We're looking for someone with:

    * Experience managing NetSuite accounts or other ERP platforms.

    * A proven background in Account Management, Customer Success, or ERP sales.

    * Experience working with enterprise-level customers, ideally within Financial Services.

    * Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

    * Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

    * A proactive, customer-first approach with the ability to build long-term partnerships.

    Package on offer:

    * Competitive basic salary with an uncapped bonus structure.

    * The opportunity to manage and grow a high-value customer portfolio.

    * Hybrid and flexible working.

    * Ongoing professional development and NetSuite training.

    * Clear career progression within a growing NetSuite Partner.

    * A collaborative, supportive, and high-performing team environment.

If you're looking for an opportunity where you'll have genuine ownership of your accounts, the autonomy to build lasting client relationships, and the chance to work with some of the UK's leading enterprise Financial Services organisations, we'd love to hear from you.
