Are you an experienced Handyman or Fabric Technician looking for a days-only shift role within a large commercial environment?
We are currently recruiting for a Handyman (Fabric Technician) to join a leading FM service provider, working at a large commercial facility in Liverpool. The Role
Working as part of the on-site maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive fabric maintenance across the building, ensuring the facility remains safe, functional, and presented to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities

Carrying out planned and reactive fabric maintenance
General handyman duties including basic carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating, and repairs
Repairing doors, locks, ceilings, flooring, and fixtures
Completing minor building maintenance tasks across the site
Supporting the wider engineering team where required
Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
Maintaining accurate maintenance records  
About You
The successful candidate will have:

Previous experience working as a Handyman, Fabric Technician, or Maintenance Operative
A background or recognised qualification in a trade such as Carpentry, Joinery, Plumbing, Painting & Decorating, or similar
Experience working within commercial buildings or Facilities Management is desirable
Good all-round maintenance and problem-solving skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
A proactive and customer-focused approach
