Are you a QS graduate looking for an opportunity to join an established, family feel business that can offer you specific training and support to develop you into a specialist quantity surveyor?

The company are a multi-disciplinary construction and civil engineering outfit who have grown to work in several sectors and have established long term customers. Due to growth and demand they are seeking a junior or graduate QS to join the team.

You'll receive ongoing training, mentorship and support towards your professional development while gaining hands-on experience across all aspects of quantity surveying.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Quantity Surveying graduate, or Junior QS to kick-start their career, working alongside experienced professionals on a variety of exciting construction projects.

The Role:
*Assist with preparing cost estimates and project budgets.
*Support the preparation of tenders and contract documentation.
*Help monitor project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
*Liaise with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
*Attend site visits and project meetings.
*Ensure projects remain commercially compliant and profitable.
*Produce reports and maintain accurate project records.
*Northeast based with some flexibility to travel
*Full training provided

Candidate Requirements:
*Graduate or Junior Quantity Surveyor
*Commutable to Stanley
*Full Driving License
