A commercial law firm with a national presence and reputation are looking to recruit a senior associate to their property litigation team in Oxford.
The property disputes team at the firm work for clients across both the residential and commercial property sectors, with a reputation in this specialist area that spreads throughout the whole of the UK. They deal with a wide range of matters including boundary disputes, adverse possession claims, dilapidations, business lease renewals, covenants & easements and Management company disputes.
The successful candidate for this position will be an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive who is either currently at Senior Associate level and looking to make a lateral move, or alternatively someone at Associate level looking and having the experience to progress into a senior associate role. It is envisaged that at least 7 years PQE will be shown within the area of property litigation.
You will naturally have a strong background of working in property litigation from a recognised firm, but will also be experienced and enjoy building and maintaining relationships with new and current clients, as part of your role will be to work as a key part of the team in terms of their continued growth.
