Assistant Account Manager -Fashion Brand

The Company:
We are looking for an Assistant Account Manager to support a portfolio of Manchester-based menswear accounts across multiple brands. This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Import Merchandiser, Assistant Merchandiser or a Product Administrator looking to take the next step in their career.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Senior Account Manager

• Assisting the Account Manager with customer accounts and in house brand development.

• Build, develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams

• Assist in customer meetings where necessary and collaborate with the wider team – Design and Technologists to develop commercially relevant product.

• Monitor and chase weekly critical paths, sample development trackers and price enquiries to ensure deadlines are met.

• Raising Purchase Orders with factories

• Assist in daily/weekly product review meetings

• Create and maintain seasonal Excel trackers and reports.

• Produce sales and performance reports from Shopify.

• Assist Account Manager with sales performance reviews

• Support the Account Manager with day-to-day account administration.

• Ensure all customer information and product data is accurate and up to date.

• Coordinate communication between customers, suppliers and internal teams.

Desired Skills

• Previous experience in an Assistant Merchandiser, Assistant Import Merchandiser, Product Administrator or similar role within the fashion industry.

• Strong commercial awareness with a genuine passion for fashion and product.

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Highly analytical with strong numerical skills and exceptional attention to detail.

• Confident user of Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Positive, proactive team player with a desire to learn and develop.
