How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    The Role
    As a Customer Experience & Operations Coordinator, you'll be responsible for creating a professional first impression for customers while ensuring the smooth running of reception and administration functions. This varied role combines customer service, administration and operational coordination within a fast-paced automotive environment.

    Key responsibilities include:
    ·Welcoming customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
    ·Managing incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries efficiently.
    ·Processing customer jobs through customer and insurance platforms.
    ·Booking vehicles into the workshop and coordinating collections and deliveries.
    ·Providing regular customer updates using multiple online systems.
    ·Maintaining accurate customer records and administrative documentation.
    ·Supporting the management and workshop teams with administration and invoice processing.
    ·Ensuring reception and customer areas remain professional, organised and welcoming.

    About You
    To succeed as a Customer Experience & Operations Coordinator, you'll be organised, customer-focused and able to remain calm under pressure while managing a varied workload.

    You'll ideally have:
    ·Previous experience as a Customer Experience & Operations Coordinator, Customer Service Advisor, Receptionist, Front of House Coordinator, Service Administrator or Operations Coordinator.
    ·Previous experience within an automotive, Bodyshop, accident repair centre or commercial vehicle environment would be advantageous, but is not essential.
    ·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    ·A confident and professional telephone manner.
    ·Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
    ·Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
    ·A proactive attitude with the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment.
    ·A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
