As a Lunch Time Supervisor, you'll play a key role in supervising pupils during lunch, encouraging positive behaviour, supporting play activities and helping to create an enjoyable experience for every child. The ideal candidate for our Lunch Time Supervisor role, you should have:
A positive, approachable and reliable attitude with a genuine interest in supporting children
Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with pupils of different ages
Experience working with children or within an educational setting is desirable but not essential
A good understanding of safeguarding and child protection
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
