Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and correspondence management.
* Communicate confidently and professionally via telephone and email with clients, suppliers, and team members.
* Identify and resolve issues promptly using strong problem-solving skills.
* Manage repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Maintain accurate records, schedules, and documentation for daily operations.
* Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
* Proactively handle ad hoc administrative tasks and assist with other office functions as needed.
Experience Required
* Proven ability to work on your own initiative in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused mindset.
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling repetitive tasks.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including email and telephone etiquette.
* Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
* Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred but not essential.
