Location: Hertfordshire
Package: £60,000 per year (£24ph) + Overtime + Great Company Benefits
Hours: Monday - Friday (7:30am - 5:30pm)
We are looking for an experienced HGV Workshop Controller / HGV Workshop Supervisor to work with a specialist, reliable and reputable Commercial Vehicle Fleet Company based around the Hertfordshire area.
Our client is looking for a passionate and dedicated HGV Workshop Controller / HGV Workshop Supervisor to expand their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for and be part of an industry-leading company that looks after and values its employees.
Responsibilities as a HGV Workshop Controller / Supervisor :
* Maximise workshop productivity, efficiency and profitability through effective job allocation.
* Lead, support and develop a team of Technicians.
* Work with the Service, Parts and Warranty teams to keep workshop operations running smoothly.
* Maintain high standards of workmanship, documentation and manufacturer compliance.
* Ensure workshop equipment, tools and calibrations are up to date and compliant.
* Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a safe, clean and organised workshop.
* Assist with workshop jobs and support the team when required.
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, ISO and manufacturer standards.
