Location: Wimborne
Salary: £31,000 Basic | OTE £40,600
Hours: 45 hours per week
Saturday Rota: 1 in 4 Saturdays, paid as overtime

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Advisor to join a well-established prestige main dealership in Wimborne. You'll become part of a friendly and professional aftersales team consisting of three Service Advisors and two Apprentices, providing outstanding customer service and ensuring every customer enjoys a first-class dealership experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor looking to further their career within a premium automotive environment.
The Role
As a Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for customers throughout their service journey. Your responsibilities will include:
* Greeting customers and discussing their vehicle service and repair requirements.
* Booking vehicles into the workshop efficiently.
* Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.
* Preparing estimates and explaining completed work.
* Upselling additional products and services where appropriate.
* Liaising closely with technicians and the workshop team to ensure excellent service delivery.
* Delivering exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor is essential.
* Experience within a prestige dealership would be advantageous, but is not essential.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
* A professional, positive, and team-focused attitude.
* Full UK driving licence preferred.
