How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Salary: Starting at £14 per hour (Negotiable)

    We are currently seeking a Trainee Dental Nurse to become part of a thriving dental practice that provides both NHS and private treatments.     The ideal candidate will be:

    Friendly, professional and reliable.
    Enthusiastic with a willingness to learn.
    Confident communicating with patients and colleagues.
    Comfortable using basic computer systems.
    Enrolled on, or planning to enrol on, the NEBDN Diploma in Dental Nursing (proof of enrolment required).
    Eligible to work in the UK.
    In possession of a National Insurance number.
    Vaccinated against Hepatitis BThe Role:

    We are currently seeking a Trainee Dental Nurse who is passionate about patient care and keen to develop a long-term career within dentistry. No previous dental experience is required and full training will be provided.

    Working alongside experienced dentists, implant clinicians, hygienists, qualified dental nurses and the wider practice team, you'll gain valuable practical experience while developing your clinical knowledge and confidence.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    Preparing treatment rooms before patient appointments.
    Providing chairside support during a wide range of dental procedures.
    Cleaning, sterilising and maintaining dental instruments and equipment.
    Following cross-infection control and health and safety procedures.
    Supporting patients throughout their appointments.
    Maintaining accurate patient records and assisting with general administrative duties.
    Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
    Developing your knowledge through practical experience and ongoing training.How to Apply:
