Mechanical Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Non-Working Mechanical Foreman to join our team on a high-spec office fit-out project in Cambridge.

As the Mechanical Foreman, you will be responsible for:

•Supervising and coordinating mechanical operatives on site.
•Overseeing the day-to-day mechanical installation works to ensure they are completed safely and efficiently.
•Liaising with the Project Manager, and other trades to ensure the project programme is maintained.
•Monitoring quality, productivity, and progress on site.
•Ensuring all work complies with current health and safety regulations.
•Managing labour and subcontractors while maintaining a positive and productive working environment.

Requirements:

To be considered, you should have:

•Previous experience as a Mechanical Foreman or Mechanical Supervisor.
•A strong background in mechanical building services, ideally on commercial or office fit-out projects.
•SMSTS or SSSTS certification (preferred).
•Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
•The ability to coordinate labour, subcontractors, and project deadlines effectively.
