Technical Administrator

About the Role

We are looking for an organised and detail-focused Technical Administrator to support the management of business systems, documentation, reporting and compliance records across the company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, improving processes and ensuring information is accurate, up to date and easy to access.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain company systems, databases, records and document repositories.

* Support document control, version management, approvals and distribution.

* Assist with Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety records, audits and compliance evidence.

* Produce reports, maintain KPI information and monitor deadlines.

* Support policy and procedure updates, review schedules and improvement actions.

* Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, workflows and reporting.

About You

* Experience in technical administration, systems administration, compliance administration or a similar role.

* Excellent organisation, accuracy and attention to detail.

* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.

* Confident communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

* A proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset.

Desirable

* Experience supporting Quality, Environmental or Health & Safety systems.

* Knowledge of ISO standards such as 9001, 14001 or 45001.

* Experience with ERP, management system or document management platforms.
