Pipefitter Welder

Are you an experienced Pipefitter Welder who takes pride in producing high quality work?
Whether you're fabricating pipework in the workshop or carrying out installations on customer sites, this is an opportunity to join a busy engineering team where no two projects are the same.
You'll be involved in the fabrication, installation, modification and testing of pipework systems across a variety of industrial projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work and wants to play a key role in delivering high quality engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Fabricating and welding stainless steel pipework using TIG welding techniques.
* Installing, modifying and repairing pipework systems at customer sites and within the workshop.
* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and isometric diagrams to complete work accurately.
* Carrying out testing and fault finding to ensure systems are operating correctly.
* Using a range of workshop equipment, hand tools and diagnostic technology.
* Working closely with colleagues across engineering, operations and customer support to deliver projects on time.
Who They’re Looking For:
* Previous experience as a Pipefitter Welder or in a similar mechanical fabrication role.
* Strong TIG welding experience, ideally working with stainless steel pipework.
* Ability to read and work from technical drawings and engineering specifications.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Available to work away 2 nights per week.
* Experience within manufacturing or industrial engineering environments, desirable.
* Relevant welding or engineering qualifications, desirable.
* Gas Safe and F Gas certification, desirable.
* Willingness to participate in a planned call out and standby rota, desirable.
