Working Hours: Full time 5 days a week from 08.30 until 16.30
Salary: From £16.24 per HOUR dependant on experience
Contract Type: Covering an absence on an ongoing basis
Start Date: September 2026
Role Overview:
As the Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the school. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and monitoring children attendance records
Providing administrative support to the school's office
Collaborating with teaching and support staff to ensure a smooth operational flow
Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate records
Engaging with parents and guardians to address attendance-related matters
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar administrative role
Strong organisational and communication skills
Familiarity with school systems and procedures - Sims and Parent Pay
Must be proficient in processing invoices
Proactive and adaptable approach to tasks
