The Role

As the Year 3 Class Teacher, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons that inspire a love of learning.
Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive.
Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to achieve the best outcomes for pupils.
Contribute positively to the wider life of the school.

We Are Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3 (although confident ECTs are encouraged to apply).
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
A genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential.
A positive, proactive, and flexible approach to teaching.
