The Role
Support pupils on a 1:1 basis, in small groups, or within the classroom.
Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and learning activities.
Support pupils with SEND, SEMH, autism, ADHD and other additional needs where required.
Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in learning.
Help prepare classroom resources and maintain a safe learning environment.
Build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
The Successful Candidate Will Have
Previous experience working with children in an educational setting.
A positive, patient and nurturing approach.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Strong behaviour management skills.
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
