Location: Bridlington
Shift Pattern: Sunday to Thursday, 10:00pm – 6:00am
Hours: 36.25 hours per week
Duration: Approximately 8 weeks (Summer Contract)
Our client, a well-established food manufacturer based in Bridlington, is looking for Night Shift Production Operatives to join their team for a busy summer period.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain full-time work with immediate starts available.
Pay
£12.71 per hour
Plus £12.00 night shift allowance for every full shift completed.
This equates to an effective hourly rate of £14.36 when the full shift is worked.
The Role
This is a physically demanding position within a food production environment, manufacturing non-meat and non-fish products.
Duties include:
Loading and lifting trays onto production racks.
General production line duties.
Packing and handling food products.
Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety.
Working efficiently to production targets.
Following all health and safety procedures.
About You
We're looking for candidates who are:
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and repetitive tasks.
Reliable, punctual and committed to working the full contract.
Able to work night shifts on a Sunday to Thursday rota.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Previous factory or production experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
