How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Working closely with project managers, design teams, BIM coordinators, engineers and subcontractors, you will maintain document control processes that support the successful delivery of high-value data centre projects.

    Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain all project documentation throughout the design and construction phases.

Coordinate information between clients, consultants, subcontractors and project teams.

Monitor outstanding document actions and chase overdue responses where required.

Support BIM and design teams with document management processes.

Ensure document revisions are controlled and superseded information is archived correctly.

Assist with project handover documentation and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals.

Produce regular document control reports for project management teams.

Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and client document management requirements.

    Skills & Experience

Previous experience working as a Document Controller within the construction, engineering or building services industry.

Experience working on Data Centre or other large-scale construction projects is highly desirable.

Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and/or BIM 360.

Experience using document management systems such as Aconex, Asite, Viewpoint or SharePoint would be advantageous.

Excellent understanding of document control procedures and revision management.

Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

Excellent communication skills and confidence liaising with multidisciplinary project teams.

Competent in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook.

    Desirable Experience

Experience working within MEP, main contractor or specialist subcontractor environments.

Knowledge of BIM processes and ISO 19650 information management principles.

Experience supporting project close-out documentation and digital handovers.

Understanding of technical construction drawings and project documentation workflows.
