The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide dedicated 1:1 and small-group support for two KS2 pupils with ADHD, helping them engage with lessons, develop confidence, and achieve their individual learning goals. You will work alongside the class teacher and SENCO to implement personalised support strategies, encourage positive behaviour, and promote social and emotional development. The successful candidate will be patient, adaptable, and passionate about supporting children with complex needs. Previous experience working with pupils with SEN is essential.
