Reporting to the Head of People, this is a new role in our team where you will be a trusted advisor to Directors and senior leaders across the organisation, providing expert guidance and practical people solutions that support organisational priorities. This is a highly visible role that combines strategic business partnering with operational delivery. You will lead complex people initiatives, support organisational change, drive workforce planning and talent development, and help embed a proactive and insight-led approach to people management across The Royal Parks. You will also lead and develop a team comprising two People Business Partners and two People Advisors, ensuring the delivery of a consistent, high-quality people service.
You will bring:
Significant experience in a senior HR/People Business Partner role
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Experience leading organisational change, talent and workforce planning
Expertise in employee relations and people policy development
A passion for inclusion, engagement and continuous improvement
