What You'll Be Doing

Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to the highest standards.
Assisting with the development of new dishes and menu ideas.
Ensuring food is prepared and presented consistently and efficiently.
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment.
Working collaboratively with an experienced and supportive kitchen team.
Following all food safety, hygiene, allergen, and health & safety procedures.
Managing your section effectively while remaining calm under pressure.
We're Looking for Someone Who

Has previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up.
Is passionate about fresh food and quality ingredients.
Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Leads by example with a positive, professional attitude.
Is organised, reliable, and able to prioritise tasks.
Is committed to maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
Has a genuine desire to learn, develop, and progress within a successful kitchen.
