As Office Manager, you will be response for:-
* The day to day running of the office
* Ordering stationery, equipment and office supplies
* Keeping systems and databases up to date
* Stock administration and raising purchase orders
* Supporting with credit control and invoicing
* HR & training administration and coordinating recruitment
* Keeping H&S records up to date
* Looking after GDPR & data protection
* All other related administrative duties required in a busy office.
* Dealing with incoming enquiries and passing to the relevant colleague
* Continuous improvement of administrative procedures
To be considered for the role of Office Manager it is essential that:-
* You have worked previously in an Office Management role overseeing a small team
* You are capable of supporting the business in the absence of the Director to keep the wheels turning
* You are highly organised, have excellent communication skills and super attention to detail.
* Ideally will have some HR administration & basic recruitment experience
* PC literate in MS Office
* And will be a good office all-rounder
In return, for the role of Office Manager, our client offering a starting salary of up to £37,500, pension, 28 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays, on site parking, social events, etc.
