The Role - SEMH Teaching Assistant
Seeking a patient and resilient SEMH Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 5-16 within a specialist SEMH setting. You will work alongside teachers and pastoral staff to provide 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils manage their emotions, improve behaviour and access learning. The role involves implementing behaviour strategies, promoting positive relationships, supporting emotional wellbeing and encouraging pupils to develop the confidence and resilience needed to succeed both inside and outside the classroom.
