Hours: Monday – Thursday, 7:30am – 4:00pm | Friday, 7:30am – 11:30am
We are currently looking for an Assembly Operative to join a well-established and growing manufacturing company based in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a friendly and supportive team, with full training provided and the potential to secure a permanent position.

The Role
Working within a clean, modern, and organised production environment, you'll play an important role in the assembly of electrical products and components. You'll be responsible for ensuring products are built to the highest quality standards while working efficiently as part of a dedicated production team.
Key Responsibilities
* Assemble electrical components and products to specification
* Cut, prepare, and organise wiring for production
* Carry out a variety of assembly and production tasks
* Use small hand tools and assembly equipment safely
* Follow work instructions, technical drawings, and quality procedures
* Perform visual quality inspections on completed products
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
* Work collaboratively to meet daily production targets
About You
We're looking for reliable and motivated individual who has:
* Previous experience within assembly, manufacturing, or production
* Excellent attention to detail and good manual dexterity
* The ability to carry out repetitive tasks with accuracy
* A positive attitude and a strong work ethic
* The ability to follow instructions and work to quality standards
