An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a growing developer in a key position, overseeing the delivery of a £15 million care home project from construction through to completion.
Are you an experienced Site Manager with a background delivering complex construction projects? Do you have experience working on care homes, hospitals, hotels, student accommodation, or similar projects? Are you looking to join a quality developer with a strong pipeline of work?
This established developer has over 50 years of experience delivering residential developments and care homes across Hampshire. With a strong pipeline of projects, including a £15 million care home development in Bursledon and upcoming residential schemes, the business has secured several years of work and continues to grow.
You will be responsible for the smooth delivery of projects. Duties include the day-to-day delivery of the project, overseeing site operations, subcontractors, logistics, health and safety, quality, and programme.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally with experience delivering care homes. A background in hotels, hospitals, student accommodation, or other large-scale developments would also be considered.
You will be organised, reliable, and able to demonstrate a stable track record delivering projects successfully.

The Role:
* Overseeing day-to-day site operations from construction through to completion
* Managing subcontractors, site logistics, materials, and resources
* Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard
* Ensuring projects are delivered to budget and
The Person:
* Experienced Site Manager or Senior Site Manager
* Ideally from a carpentry or construction trade background
* Care home experience desirable, with hotels, hospitals, student accommodation, or similar considered
* SMSTS qualified
