About the Role
Join a market-leading waste management company where your driving skills help keep local communities clean and support environmental sustainability across the Sleaford area.
We are currently recruiting for a HGV Class 2 Skip Driver to support operations in Quarrington (NG34).
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive and operate skip loaders and RoRo vehicles
* Deliver and collect skips from domestic and commercial sites
* Ensure safe loading, unloading, and secure transportation
* Carry out daily vehicle checks and basic maintenance
* Follow all road safety and compliance regulations
* Provide professional and friendly customer service
About You
* Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
* CPC card and Digital Tachograph card (essential)
* Previous experience in skip or RoRo operations (preferred)
* Background in waste/recycling (advantageous)
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
* Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work outdoors in all weather
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
