How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    About The Role
    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced High Intensity Therapist to join our team, delivering high-quality, evidence-based psychological interventions to adults experiencing common mental health difficulties.
    About the Role
    As a High Intensity Therapist, you will provide therapeutic interventions to adults on both an individual basis (face-to-face) and through the facilitation of therapeutic groups. You will work with people from a wide range of cultural backgrounds, ages, and experiences, demonstrating a strong commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
    A key aspect of the role is undertaking comprehensive assessments to determine service users' suitability for evidence-based psychological interventions. You will deliver a range of high-intensity interventions in line with IAPT/NHS Talking Therapies guidance, ensuring care is tailored to individual needs and delivered to the highest clinical standards.
    Key Responsibilities
    * Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate appropriate treatment plans.
    * Deliver evidence-based, high-intensity psychological interventions in accordance with IAPT/NHS Talking Therapies guidance.
    * Provide individual and group-based therapeutic interventions.
    * Offer line management and support to the Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP).
    * Undertake case management and provide clinical skills support and supervision where appropriate.
    * Contribute to the operational management of the service, including report writing and participation in internal and external multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings.
    * Work collaboratively with the Senior PWP and wider leadership team to support service delivery and continuous improvement.
    * Build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, managers, and partner organisations.
