Salary:        Basic from £38,000 plus Benefits
Shift:          4on 4off Days & Nights (2 Days, 2 Nights, 4off)

Job Role of the Process / Production Operative

Working within a team of 4, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leader within their industry and further develop yourself.

You will be responsible for ensuring high levels of Health & Safety, maintaining company quality standards, ensuring the factory runs to full capacity, assist the maintenance engineers, ensure the production plan is on time as well as some warehouse duties.

Experience of working within a manufacturing environment.
Process Operative experience.

Strong process and operational knowledge.

Willing to complete various duties and tasks.

Worked on continuous improvement projects.
Worked within a heavy industrial environment
