How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    As a HRIS Analyst - Fixed Term Contract based in London, you'll play a key role in supporting system migrations and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date. Working within the financial services industry, you'll help the Human Resources team operate efficiently by managing and improving HR systems.

    Description

    Support the end-to-end process of system migration within the HR department.
    Maintain and update system documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
    Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve system-related issues.
    Assist in testing and validating system changes and updates.
    Provide training and support to HR team members on system functionalities.
    Generate reports and insights from HR systems as required.
    Ensure data integrity and security within HR systems.
    Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR system processes.Profile

    The successful HRIS Analyst - Fixed Term Contract will have:

    Experience with system migration and documentation processes. (Workday, SAP or Oracle)
    Module experience to include: Core HCM, Payroll, Recruitment
    Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    Proficiency in HR systems and reporting tools.
    Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
    Knowledge of data security and compliance requirements.Job Offer

    Salary ranging from £55,000 to £58,000, dependent on the level of experience.
