Location: Huntsman Drive, Stockton-on-Tees, Middlesbrough
Pay Rate: £15.30 per hour
Pay: Weekly pay every Friday
Shift Pattern: Day shifts, typically starting at 6:00am, Monday to Friday
This role is advertised by Smart Solutions on behalf of our client who is looking for a Multi Skilled Operator in the Middlesbrough area.
The role:
* Operate FLT Counterbalance, Loading Shovel, and 360 Excavator with Grab safely and competently
* Load and unload vehicles in line with site procedures
* Feed processing lines and manage stockpiles of recyclable materials
* Carry out routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
* Maintain high standards of housekeeping across the site
* Follow all Health, Safety, and Environmental policies at all times
* Work closely with site supervisors and other operatives to meet operational targets
* Assist with general site duties as required
Candidate Requirements:
* FLT Counterbalance or Loading Shovel license
* 360 Excavator (Grab attachment)
* Previous experience in a recycling, waste, aggregates, or industrial environment (preferred)
* Strong understanding of health and safety in a plant environment
* Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
* Flexible and willing to undertake a variety of tasks
* Must have the legal right to work in the UK
