Simply Education continues to work in partnership with primary schools in Grantham and the surrounding areas. Ahead of the new academic year, we are looking to recruit Primary School Teachers to work on a supply basis.
Opportunities may include working in EYFS, KS1 or KS2, with short-term placements, day-to-day cover and longer-term assignments where you can take on full class teacher responsibilities. The flexibility of supply teaching means you have control over the type of work you take on.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a passionate and resilient Teacher who:
Holds QTS or QTLS, or has relevant experience leading primary school classes.
Has experience working with young people within an educational setting.
Can inspire, motivate and engage learners of varying abilities.
Has strong classroom management and communication skills.
Understands the challenges faced by students with additional needs and barriers to learning.
Is committed to safeguarding, inclusion and promoting positive outcomes for every learner.
