Multi Trade Operative – Social Housing
Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: £48,000 per annum + Company Van (PAYE) or £220 per day (Self-Employed)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent / Self-Employed
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join a well-established team carrying out repairs and maintenance within the social housing sector across Wolverhampton.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for long-term, stable work with competitive pay.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out reactive and planned maintenance works in occupied and void social housing properties.
* Complete a range of multi-trade tasks including:
* Carpentry
* Basic Plumbing
* Patch Plastering
* Tiling
* Painting & Decorating
* General Repairs and Maintenance
* Diagnose faults and complete repairs to a high standard.
* Deliver excellent customer service while working in tenants' homes.
* Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Multi Trade Operative.
* Previous experience within social housing or property maintenance.
* Competent across a variety of trades.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
* CSCS card desirable but not essential.
