Sales Account Manager

We have a newly created opportunity in Cheltenham to join our established team as a Recruitment Consultant.

✅ No recruitment experience required
✅ Uncapped commission with no thresholds
✅ 35-hour week
✅ Early finish every Friday (1:30pm)
✅ 25 days holiday rising to 30 days
✅ Clear training, mentoring and progression pathway
✅ Mix of temporary and permanent recruitment

What You'll Actually Be Doing

Building relationships with clients and candidates
Business development and sales activity
Sourcing candidates through Linked In, job boards and networking
Managing recruitment processes from vacancy briefing through to placement
Developing accounts and becoming a trusted adviser
