We are currently recruiting for a Student Welfare Officer to join a successful secondary school in Hammersmith and Fulham. This is a full-time position, working 5 days per week, with a September start.

The school places a strong emphasis on student wellbeing, safeguarding and providing effective pastoral support.
As a Student Welfare Officer, you will play a key role in supporting students with their welfare needs, working closely with staff, families and external agencies to ensure students receive the right support.
Please note: A valid First Aid qualification is compulsory for this role. Successful applicants will be required to provide proof of their certification before starting.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting students with welfare and pastoral needs
Providing first aid support when required
Monitoring student attendance, wellbeing and engagement
Building positive relationships with students, parents and staff
Supporting safeguarding procedures and recording concerns appropriately
Working alongside pastoral teams to provide early intervention
Assisting students who may need additional guidance or supportBenefits of the role:

£15.00 - £16.00 per hour
