We are currently recruiting for an IT Technician to join a welcoming and forward-thinking secondary school in Ealing. This full-time role is available for 5 days per week and offers the opportunity to become an integral part of the school's support team.

As an IT Technician, you will provide day-to-day technical support across the school, ensuring systems run smoothly and staff and students receive a high level of assistance. You will work closely with the wider team to maintain the school's IT infrastructure and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing first-line technical support to staff and students
Troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues
Setting up and maintaining computers, laptops and classroom equipment
Managing user accounts, permissions and system updates
Supporting with installations, upgrades and general maintenance
Ensuring IT systems remain secure and effective
Logging and tracking support requestsBenefits of the role:
