Mobile M&E Maintenance Supervisor

Duties
Reporting directly to the Contract Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance and minor works across a variety of mechanical and electrical building services systems. The role will involve both hands-on technical support and supervisory responsibilities, ensuring all maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
  
Key Responsibilities

Supervise the delivery of planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance activities across multiple sites.
Provide technical support and guidance to engineers and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with statutory maintenance requirements and health & safety legislation.
Carry out fault diagnosis and assist with complex maintenance issues where required.
Monitor service delivery performance and ensure work is completed within agreed timescales.
Produce detailed reports, site findings and recommendations for remedial works.
Manage and coordinate specialist subcontractors where necessary.
Complete and review maintenance records via CAFM systems.
Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and professional service delivery.   
Essential Requirements

Recognised City & Guilds qualification in a Mechanical or Electrical discipline.
Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience within Building Services or Facilities Management.
Previous experience supervising engineers within a maintenance environment.
Strong technical knowledge of both mechanical and electrical building services systems.
Experience delivering PPM and reactive maintenance within occupied commercial environments.
Previous experience using CAFM systems.
Good understanding of statutory compliance and maintenance record keeping.
