We are currently looking for Skilled Labourers / Rip-Out Operatives to join our growing team in Leeds.
The role involves carrying out kitchen and bathroom rip-outs within both occupied and void properties. Duties will include removing existing fixtures and fittings, stripping out areas ready for refurbishment, and ensuring all waste materials are removed safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean and tidy working environment.
What we offer:
£18.00 per hour (CIS)
Temporary to Permanent opportunity
Immediate starts available
Requirements:
Previous experience carrying out kitchen and bathroom rip-outs
CSCS Card preferred
Full UK driving licence preferred
Must have own tools suitable for rip-out works
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team
